Isabelle Lucas BaloupSince 1979, Isabelle Lucas-Baloup has been providing services to healthcare professionals. She dedicated all her activity to: doctors and other health professionals, their unions and learned societies, public and private healthcare establishments, manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, pharmaceutical laboratories, and service providers in the medical field.
